Create new account for a customer

With this method you will be able to create new Account, it is in this method that you will have to inform the type of Prepaid and Postpaid plan. Each Account will always be associated with a Custumer. After creation, it will return in the Account ID, which will be necessary for the creation of the Subscription (SimCard).
